We export, import and distribute international standard automatic laminating machine and laminating roll films. Our laminating machine is best used for laminating certificates, reports, luggage tags, business cards, ID cards and what not! This 4 roller laminator can use lamination film up to 250 micl thick and laminate documents up to 13 inches wide. Our machine is designed on the principal of modular construction suitable for extension with coating machine.
The machine is an efficient converter, which handle web material or substrates like BOPP, polyester, paper, cell phone, PVC, aluminum foil and other allied materials from 10 microns to 120 - micron thickness. The frame of this roll laminating machine is made on heavy duty M.S. body to avoid vibration. Our coating and laminating line consists of a surface coating unit, drying chamber, lamination winding unit and centralized control panel with heavy duty base and dampers to ensure vibration free operations with excellent finish.
Document Laminating Pouch – Our thermal lamination films are used for lamination on specialized polycarbonate & paper labels to give glossy finish. These laminating roll films are provided in 40, 80 & 125 microns, which are from high quality raw material. Ashish Electronics passes these laminated films through stringent quality check procedure before final delivery to ensure best quality and excellent performance.
